Bexa Boutique Return Policy

At Bexa Boutique, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the diverse platforms and locations where our products are sold, we have different return policies based on where and how you purchased your items. Please review the following guidelines to understand the return process for your purchase:

1. Purchases Made on BexaBoutique.com

Of course, we hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it's not meant to be! As a small family-owned business, we have return policies that allow us to keep our prices low and inventory moving quickly. We appreciate your understanding, as we cannot be flexible with these terms.

Bexa Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items, with the original tags attached. Exceptions include final sale items, custom designs, artwork, or items that specifically state no returns.

Return Process:

  • After approval, all returns must be postmarked within 7 days, and the package must include a return summary inside.
  • Important: Any items mailed back or returned to us without an official return approval will be refused and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Returns will be provided as store credit to be applied toward a future purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited back.

2. Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are specially ordered just for you, so any returns on items with "Pre Order" in the title that are not marked as Final Sale will incur a 20% restocking fee.

3. Late Returns

  • If the return package is postmarked after the approved timeframe issued by customer service, a 10% late fee will be deducted from the return store credit.
  • Late returns that are postmarked more than 7 days after the allowed return period will not be accepted.

4. Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items from the Sale Section
  • Jewelry
  • Intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories
  • Bags

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective product or if the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us at hello@bexaboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

If the item was damaged during delivery, please include a photo of the outside packaging along with the item when contacting us.

To facilitate the return process, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name and product
  • Order Number
  • Photo clearly showing the defect

Our customer service team will review your case promptly and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange for damaged items.

6. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Our inventory moves too quickly, and we cannot guarantee the availability of the item you want in a different size or color.

We recommend purchasing the correct size or color and sending the previous item back for store credit using our return process.

7. Cancellations

We are unable to process cancellations once an order is placed. Our fulfillment software allows us to ship your order quickly, and once your order is in the processing stage, a shipping label is purchased, and it is in our shipping line. At this point, no cancellations can be made.

8. Patience with Customer Service

Please be patient with us when contacting customer service. As a small family business, there are just 2-3 of us managing operations at any given time, but we promise we will respond as soon as possible.

If you contact us within the proper timeframe, and it takes us some time to get back to you, we will still honor your return.

9. Purchases Made at Painted Tree Boutique Locations

  • All purchases made at Painted Tree Boutique locations must be returned or exchanged at the same location where the purchase was originally made.
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the Painted Tree Boutique store's return policy, which may vary by location.
  • Bexa Boutique is unable to accept returns or process exchanges for purchases made at Painted Tree locations through BexaBoutique.com or at any other Bexa Boutique retail outlets.

10. Purchases Made on 3rd Party Websites (Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, etc.)

  • Items purchased via third-party platforms such as Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, or similar websites are not eligible for returns or exchanges through BexaBoutique.com.
  • Please refer to the specific return policies of the platform where the purchase was made for assistance with returns or exchanges.

11. Purchases Made at Craft Shows, Markets, Fairs, or Holiday Shows

  • All purchases made at any craft show, market, fair, or holiday show are considered final sales.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased at these events.

12. Chargeback Policy

Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution

By purchasing from Pretty Crafty Lady, LLC dba Bexa Boutique, you agree to the following terms:

1. Authorization of Payment

You confirm that you are the authorized user of the credit card or payment method used in this transaction. You also acknowledge that your purchase is legitimate and that you received the goods/services as described.

2. No Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issue is a breach of this policy. Fraudulent chargebacks—defined as disputes where the customer falsely claims fraud or non-receipt—are taken seriously and may result in legal action and/or reporting to collections agencies.

3. Refund & Dispute Process

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a clear refund and resolution process. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, you must contact us at hello@bexaboutique.com within 3 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes in good faith.

4. Proof of Service/Product Delivery

We maintain records of all transactions, communications, shipping confirmations, digital deliveries, and service performance (where applicable) to support our position in the event of a chargeback. These may be submitted to your bank or credit card issuer as evidence of a valid transaction.

5. Legal Recourse for Fraudulent Claims

If a chargeback is filed under false pretenses, you agree to reimburse all costs associated with the dispute, including the original amount, chargeback fees, administrative time, and legal fees if necessary.

12. Agreement to Return Policy
