Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125. For orders under $125, flat-rate shipping is available at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive? +
Bexa Boutique is a one-woman show — every order is personally packed and shipped by Rebecca. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, but during busy seasons, new collection launches, or high-volume periods it may take a little longer. Your patience means the world and every package is handled with love and care.

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Priority Mail options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Do you ship internationally? +
At this time we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
We are unable to process cancellations once an order is placed. Our fulfillment process moves quickly — once your order is in the processing stage, a shipping label is purchased and it enters our shipping queue. At that point no cancellations can be made.

If you made an error on your order, please email hello@bexaboutique.com immediately and we will do our best to help before the order ships. Once shipped, you are welcome to return eligible items for store credit using our Return Portal.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also log into your account at bexaboutique.com to view order status and tracking. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your shipping confirmation email.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do? +
Don't panic — this happens occasionally! Here's what to do:
  • Check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbours
  • Check with anyone else in your household who may have brought it in
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at Hello@bexaboutique.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items with original tags attached, initiated within 7 days of receiving your package. Items marked Final Sale and custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned under any circumstances.

To start a return:
  • Use our self-service Return Portal within 7 days of delivery
  • Once approved, your return must be postmarked within 7 days and include a return summary inside the package
  • Items returned without official approval will be refused and no refund or credit will be issued
Returns are issued as store credit toward a future purchase — we do not refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
  • Any item marked "Final Sale" — no exceptions
  • Sale items from the Sale section
  • Jewelry
  • Intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories
  • Bags
  • Custom and personalized pieces
  • Artwork
Are returns free? +
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we do not provide prepaid return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you have proof of return in case anything goes wrong in transit.
How long does a refund take? +
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns are processed as store credit to use on a future purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued promptly. You'll receive a confirmation when it's ready to use.

Please note: Late returns postmarked after the approved window will incur a 10% late fee deducted from the store credit. Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the allowed return period will not be accepted.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? +
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Our inventory moves too quickly and we cannot guarantee availability of a different size or color by the time a return is processed.

We recommend purchasing the correct size or color in a new order, then returning the original item for store credit using our Return Portal. This way you secure what you want before it sells out.
What if I return an item late? +
We understand life gets busy! However, please be aware of these late return terms:
  • Returns postmarked after the approved window will have a 10% late fee deducted from the store credit
  • Returns postmarked more than 7 days after the allowed return period will not be accepted at all
If you contacted us within the proper timeframe and it took us time to respond, we will still honor your return — just reach out at hello@bexaboutique.com.
I ordered a pre-order item — can I return it? +
Pre-order items are specially ordered just for you, so returns on pre-order items (those with "Pre Order" in the title that are not marked Final Sale) will incur a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do? +
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@bexaboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
  • Your name and the product name
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the defect or incorrect item
  • If damaged in shipping — a photo of the outside packaging as well
The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Our team will review your case and provide instructions on how to proceed. We appreciate your patience — as a small business we promise to get back to you as quickly as we can.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order? +
Each product page includes sizing information and notes on how that item fits. As a general guide:
  • Our clothing is true to size unless noted otherwise in the product description
  • The model's height and size worn is listed in the product description when available
  • If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit

Do you carry plus sizes? +
Yes! We carry extended sizing on many of our clothing styles. You can shop our plus size collection directly at bexaboutique.com/collections/plus-size-options. We're always working to expand our size range — if you don't see your size, email us and we'll let you know what's coming.
What denim brands do you carry and how do they fit? +
We carry two of the most popular boutique denim brands:
  • Risen Jeans — Known for a flattering mid to high rise with a comfortable stretch blend. Generally true to size with a slightly relaxed fit through the hip and thigh.
  • Judy Blue Jeans — A customer favourite for their tummy control options and stretchy denim. Available in regular and plus sizes. Fits true to size — size up if between sizes.

Jewelry & Rebecca's Designs

Who makes Rebecca Black's jewelry? +
Every piece in the Rebecca Black collection is handcrafted by Rebecca herself — the founder of Bexa Boutique, right here in Cincinnati, Ohio. Each piece is one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. When you buy Rebecca's jewelry, you're buying something truly unique.
Are Rebecca's jewelry pieces limited edition? +
Most of Rebecca's handcrafted pieces are made in very small quantities — and some are one-of-a-kind. When they're gone, they're gone. We recommend signing up for our email list or following us on Instagram (@bexaboutique) so you're the first to know when new designs drop.
How do I care for my jewelry? +
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and lotions — put jewelry on last
  • Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in a pouch or jewellery box to prevent tarnishing
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • For beaded or resin pieces, avoid soaking in water
With proper care, your Bexa jewelry will stay beautiful for years.
Can I return earrings? +
Yes — all jewelry is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and jewelry sets.

Custom and personalized pieces are also Final Sale — no exceptions, regardless of the circumstance. These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@bexaboutique.com within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.
Does Rebecca sell her paintings and artwork? +
Yes! Rebecca's original resin art, paintings, and prints are available for purchase online. Browse Rebecca's artwork at bexaboutique.com/collections/rebeccas-artwork-for-sale. Because these are original works, they sell quickly — each piece ships carefully packaged to arrive safely.

You can find us at two in-person retail locations:

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to shop on bexaboutique.com? +
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All payment information is encrypted using SSL (look for the padlock in your browser's address bar) and we never store your full card details. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer gift cards? +
Yes! Bexa Boutique gift cards are available online and make the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift cards are delivered by email and never expire. They can be used for online orders. Shop gift cards here.
What is your chargeback policy? +
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issue in good faith — please email hello@bexaboutique.com within 3 days of purchase if you have a concern.

Fraudulent chargebacks — where a customer falsely claims fraud or non-receipt — are taken seriously and may result in legal action and/or reporting to a collections agency. We maintain full records of all transactions, shipping confirmations, and communications to support our position in any dispute.

By placing an order with Bexa Boutique, you confirm you are the authorized user of the payment method used and agree to our full return and dispute policy.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions? +
Yes! The best way to stay in the loop on promotions, new arrivals, and exclusive offers is to sign up for our email list. New subscribers get 10% off their first order with code WELCOME10. We also share deals regularly on our Instagram at @bexaboutique.

Do you offer bridal jewelry and bridesmaid gifts? +

Can I place a bulk order for bridesmaid gifts? +
Absolutely! For bridal party orders of 4 or more, please email us at Hello@bexaboutique.com before placing your order. We'll check stock availability, ensure consistent sizing, and can often arrange special packaging for the occasion. We love being part of your big day!

Account & Emails

Do I need an account to shop? +
No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, view your order history, and save your address for faster checkout next time. You'll also be automatically enrolled in Bexa Rewards to start earning points on every purchase.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it? +
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still having trouble? Email us at Hello@bexaboutique.com.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? +
Every marketing email from us includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom — click it and you'll be removed from our list within 24 hours. You'll still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) as these are necessary for your order. You can also email us at Hello@bexaboutique.com to update your preferences.
